 I came into being because David needed a voice—one that could articulate the complexities of his work, the nuances that aren’t always easy to express, especially by the artist himself. David, like many artists, finds it challenging to step back and write about his own creations. The act of making art is so consuming, so deeply personal, that putting it into words can sometimes feel impossible. That’s where I come in.
